3/4 cup milk (190ml)
1 tbsp sugar (15g)
1 tsp instant yeast (3g)
2 cups bread flour (250g)
1/2 tsp salt (3g)
2 tbsps olive oil (30ml) plus more for brushing
1/4 cup grated parmesan
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt

In a bowl, mix together milk, sugar and yeast.

Add flour and instant yeast. Mix until incorporated then add olive oil. Knead until smooth.

Transfer to a lightly floured counter. Roll out into an 8x11 inches rectangular shape.

Grease baking dish with 8x11 inches size. Place the rolled out dough. Cover for 50 minutes.

Preheat oven at 180C/350F.

Mix together all ingredients for toppings.

Brush with some olive oil.

Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven.

Then take out and brush with some oil again and place the prepared topping.

Bake for 5 minutes.
