Take cream cheese out of the refrigerator half an hour in advance to soften.

Beat cream cheese until fluffy.

Add sugar into the cream cheese mixture and mix well.

Add egg into the mixture and mix.

When the mixture is combined, add whipping cream and mix well.

Add cornstarch and mix.

To make a 2 layer cake, divide the mixture.

Add vanilla essence and lemon juice and mix well.

Add cocoa powder into the mixture and mix well.

Sift the mixture.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 40 minutes.

Cover with aluminum foil and continue baking at 220°C for 10 minutes.

Let the cake cool.

Set in the refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight.

Before cutting the cake, soak the knife in hot water.
