Put brown sugar, butter, eggs, marmalade, orange juice, orange zest, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, and flour into a food processor.

Pulse the mixture until well combined.

Pour the batter into a baking dish.

Bake in the oven at 180°C for 40-50 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.

Brush the top with a glaze made from melted marmalade and orange juice.
