Use 80/20 ground beef for juiciness.
Slice a sweet Vidalia onion, tomato, and prepare lettuce.
Season the ground beef with chicken bouillon powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
Form medium-sized patties without overhandling to keep them juicy.
Make a small indentation in the center of each patty to prevent swelling during cooking.

Once the onions are ready, add the burger patties to the skillet, ensuring they sizzle upon contact.
Cook the patties until they develop a nice char on one side before flipping them.
After flipping, place a slice of yellow American cheese on top of each patty to melt.
While the burgers are cooking, prepare the buns and toppings.
Assemble the burger by placing lettuce on the bottom bun to prevent sogginess from the juices.
Add the cooked patty with melted cheese on top of the lettuce.
Top with sautéed onions, tomato slices, pickles, and condiments like mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup.
Place the top bun over the assembled ingredients to complete the burger.
