You need 1.5 cups of long grain rice, 1.5 cups of shredded cheese, 2 cups of cooked chicken, 2 cups of vegetables, 1.75 cups of milk, and 2 cups of chicken broth or water.

Get your pan hot and sauté the onion with a couple tablespoons of butter until the onion is tender and browned.

Add the cooked chicken to the pan with the onions and sauté together to add flavor.

Season with salt and black pepper, and optionally add garlic, thyme, parsley, or sage.

If using already cooked rice, reduce milk to 1 cup and dissolve bouillon in it before adding to the pan.
