Greek yogurt reduces calories while maintaining creaminess
Cook 2 pounds of ground beef in a skillet until halfway cooked, using a meat chopper to chop it up.
Season the beef with onion powder, salt, and pepper, then drain off the grease and set the meat aside.
In the same skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and add 2 large carrots (peeled, washed, and chopped).
Add a spoonful of jarred minced garlic and cook until the carrots are tender.
Incorporate the cooked ground beef with the carrots in the skillet.
Add 1 cup of chicken broth and a good amount of oregano to the mixture.
Stir in 1 cup of sour cream and 1 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese, cooking until melted.
Season the sauce with salt and pepper, then transfer it to a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
Prepare hash browns by thawing half a bag of frozen shredded hash browns, drizzling with olive oil, and seasoning with Lori seasoned salt and pepper.
Spread the hash browns over the ground beef mixture in the casserole dish.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for 40 minutes until the topping is crispy.
Taste test a piece of potato to ensure tenderness, then top with another cup of shredded cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes until melted.
For the potato salad, peel and wash 2 pounds of russet potatoes, then slice and dice into bite-sized pieces.
Transfer diced potatoes to a large pot, fill with water, and bring to a boil.
Add 5 eggs to the boiling water and set a timer for 13-18 minutes.
After cooking, transfer the eggs to an ice water bath and drain the potatoes.
In a large mixing bowl, add a heaping cup of Duke's Mayo, a big squirt of mustard, a splash of dill pickle juice, and dill pickle relish.
Use a cooling rack to dice the eggs into the bowl, then add the cooled potatoes.
Season with Salad Supreme seasoning, salt, pepper, and onion powder, folding everything together gently.
Top with paprika and cover with cling wrap, letting it chill in the fridge all day.
For the baked beans, add 2 cans of pork and beans to a pot.
Stir in 1/4 cup of brown sugar, onion powder, 1/4 cup of ketchup, and 2 tablespoons of mustard.
Add sour gum and minced garlic, along with cooked and crumbled bacon.
