Soak the pig feet in a vinegar water solution for 30 to 90 minutes.

Rinse the pig feet in a strainer after soaking.

Add the pig feet to the Instant Pot with about 4 cups of water, ensuring they are not totally covered.

Set the Instant Pot to pressure cook for 15 minutes to par boil the pig feet.

After 15 minutes, release the steam and rinse the pig feet again.

Add the rinsed pig feet back to the Instant Pot with more vinegar, Lowry seasoned salt, onion powder, garlic powder, bay leaves, black pepper, poultry seasoning, fresh onion, fresh garlic, and Texas Pete hot sauce.

Add a few cups of water, ensuring the pig feet are not totally covered.

Seal the lid and set the Instant Pot to cook at high pressure for 30 to 35 minutes.
