Ingredients

  • 1 lb tater tots
  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well until smooth.
  3. 3Add the diced ham and half of the shredded cheddar cheese to the soup mixture. Stir until evenly combined.
  4. 4In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spread half of the tater tots in an even layer.
  5. 5Pour half of the ham and cheese mixture over the tater tots, spreading it evenly.
  6. 6Repeat the layers with the remaining tater tots and ham and cheese mixture.
  7. 7Top the casserole with the remaining shredded cheddar cheese.
  8. 8Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  9. 9Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  10. 10If desired, sprinkle chopped green onions on top before serving.

  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, broccoli florets, and cooked rice.
  3. 3In another bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  4. 4Pour the soup mixture over the chicken and rice mixture, and stir until everything is evenly coated.
  5. 5Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  6. 6Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top of the casserole.
  7. 7In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with a little melted butter, then sprinkle over the cheese layer.
  8. 8Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
  9. 9Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
