500 grams boiled potatoes

Boil 500 grams of chicken with 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste, and 1 teaspoon red chili powder until most of the water evaporates.

Shred the chicken and set aside once cooked.

In a kadhai, heat oil and add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds; fry for 4-5 minutes.

Add 2 medium chopped red onions, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon dried coriander, and 1 teaspoon carom seeds.

Add 2 teaspoons black pepper powder and 3-4 chopped green chilies; mix well and cook for 5 minutes.

Add 500 grams of boiled potatoes and the shredded chicken to the mixture.

Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well; turn off the flame.

If needed, adjust salt and spices to taste.

Form the mixture into tikkis and freeze them for a while.
