Preheat oven to 375°F.

Cut each cinnamon roll into 6-8 pieces.

Spread softened butter evenly over a 9x13 baking pan.

Place the chopped cinnamon rolls into the baking pan.

In a large bowl, add vegan egg, non dairy milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.

Whisk well.

Pour the mixture evenly over the cinnamon rolls.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-35 minutes until golden and cooked through.

Remove from oven and drizzle with icing from cinnamon roll packages.
