大さじ2 片栗粉
2個 卵
大さじ1 マヨネーズ

大さじ1.5 みりん
大さじ1 砂糖
小さじ1 おろしにんにく
1本分 刻み小ねぎ

Marinate chicken thighs in soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
