Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour mixture.
Mix until a shaggy dough forms.
Knead the dough in the stand mixer until smooth.
Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover with a damp cloth.
Let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1-2 hours.
Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf.
Place the loaf in a perforated baguette tray and cover again.
Let rise for another 30-45 minutes until puffy.
Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F).
Pour boiling water into the lower tray to create steam.
Bake the bread for 22-25 minutes until golden and slightly crisp.
