Put the cream cheese in a mixing bowl.

Add about half a can of sweetened condensed milk to the cream cheese.

Squeeze juice from 2 lemons and add it to the mixture.

Add 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract to the bowl.

Use a handheld mixer to combine the ingredients until smooth.

Pour the cherry pie filling into the graham cracker crust and spread it evenly.

Fold the aluminum flaps of the crust in to insulate it.

Refrigerate the pie for 3 hours, then place it in the freezer for 2 hours.
