Slowly add 1 cup of all-purpose flour and 1 teaspoon of baking powder to the mixture, mixing on low to avoid mess.
Mix until just combined, about 30 seconds, ensuring no dry ingredients remain at the bottom.
Roll the dough into logs using plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
After resting, cut the dough into portions of about 65 grams each.
Shape each portion into a ball and slightly flatten them before baking.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and bake the cookies for about 12 minutes until golden brown.
