Rinse the rice lightly and place it in a pot with three times the amount of boiling water and start cooking immediately.

Once it boils, add cold water to adjust the temperature, then drain and remove impurities.

Add three times the amount of water again and bring to a boil, then simmer until the beans are soft.

Before the beans are completely soft, remove them and separate the beans from the cooking liquid to cool.

Wash the rice.

Add the rice, cooking liquid, water, and salt to the pot and cook until the rice is soft.
