All-purpose flour is more commonly available.
Use half a box of Duncan Hines white cake mix, which is about 8.25 oz.
Add 1/2 cup of water, 2 tablespoons of oil, and 2 egg whites to the cake mix.
Separate the egg whites by passing the yolk back and forth between the shells.
Mix the ingredients together for about 3 minutes until smooth, using an electric mixer if desired.
Divide the batter evenly between five cups, adding a couple tablespoons to each one.
Add green food paste food coloring to each cup, mixing in to create different shades, starting with the darkest.
Pour the colored batters into the Easy Bake Oven pan, spreading it out evenly.
Grease the pan and line it with parchment paper before pouring in the batter.
Preheat the Easy Bake Oven for 15 minutes and bake the cake for about 10 minutes.
Once baked, remove the cake from the oven, ensuring it retains its minty color.
Repeat the pouring and baking process with the remaining batters.
To frost the cakes, use Duncan Hines white frosting, spreading some in between each layer.
Make the top layer visually appealing as it will be the one shown.
Frost the sides of the cake, making it look cute with sprinkles on top and around the sides.
Pipe a shell border on the top and bottom of the cake using a piping technique of pipe and release.
Add green flour sprinkles along the sides and on top of the cake for decoration.
Cut into the cake using a cake cutter knife, making sure to slice through the tall layers carefully.
