In a large mixing bowl, add 4 cups of all purpose flour, 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar, and 1 packet of instant yeast. Stir together.

Pour in 1 and 3/4 cups of warm water (around 110 degrees) and mix with a spoon or spatula for about a minute.

Flour the work surface and knead the dough for 5 to 7 minutes until gluten develops.

Grease a bowl with olive oil, place the dough in it, cover with a towel or plastic wrap, and let it rise for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, split the dough into two halves and form two round balls.
