Agave syrup is a lower glycemic index sweetener.
In a large mixing bowl, add 4 cups of all purpose flour, 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar, and 1 packet of instant yeast. Stir together.
Add 2 teaspoons of salt and stir again.
Pour in 1 and 3/4 cups of warm water (around 110 degrees) and mix with a spoon or spatula for about a minute.
Flour the work surface and knead the dough for 5 to 7 minutes until gluten develops.
Grease a bowl with olive oil, place the dough in it, cover with a towel or plastic wrap, and let it rise for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, split the dough into two halves and form two round balls.
Cover the balls with flour and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees and place a Dutch oven pot inside to heat up.
Prepare parchment paper in the heated pot and make a slit in the dough before placing it inside.
Bake the dough in the Dutch oven for 30 minutes, removing the lid after 25 minutes.
For the second loaf, place it in a round baking dish with parchment paper and bake it uncovered for the same time.
