Cut cantaloupe in half and scoop out seeds with a spoon.

Cut each half into quarters and run a knife where the skin meets the flesh.

Cut cantaloupe into big chunks.

Place the chunks into a blender and blend until fully pureed and smooth with no chunks left.

Place a fine mesh strainer over a measuring cup or bowl and pour the pureed cantaloupe into the strainer.

Move the liquid around with a spatula to release more juice.

Once the juice is separated, add 1.5 cups of cold water and 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon or lime juice.

Rub a few sprigs of fresh mint with fingers to release oils and add to the drink.

Let the mixture sit in the fridge for 1 hour.

Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint.
