Sheet Pan Honey Mustard Chicken

1 pound chicken tenderloins
1 pound fresh green beans
1 pound diced baby potatoes
equal parts olive oil
equal parts honey
equal parts Dijon mustard

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Place 1 pound of chicken tenderloins on a sheet pan.

Add 1 pound of diced baby potatoes on the pan.

Add 1 pound of fresh green beans on the side of the chicken and potatoes.

In a bowl, whisk together equal parts of olive oil, honey, and Dijon mustard to create the sauce.

Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables on the sheet pan.
