Welcome back to Leaf's Kitchen. Today, we're going to make a two-ingredient low carb pizza crust.

Start by grinding up 3 tablespoons of chia seeds using a mortar and pestle.

Add a little bit of salt to the chia seeds while grinding to help break them up and add flavor.

In a large bowl, add 1/2 cup of egg whites (which is about four large egg whites).

Add 1/2 teaspoon of cream of tartar to the egg whites to help them whip up properly.

Whip the egg whites to stiff peaks.

Add the ground chia seeds and salt to the whipped egg whites and stir on low speed until combined.

Prepare a pizza tray by spraying it with oil and placing greaseproof paper on it to prevent movement.

Spoon the dough onto the center of the pizza tray and flatten it out to a pizza-like size, making it thicker than you think you need.

Preheat the air fryer to 170°C (about 325°F).

Place the pizza crust in the air fryer and bake for about 15 minutes until the top is golden.
