300g chicken livers, cleaned and halved
1 medium onion, chopped
3 tablespoons vegetable or olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp chilli powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Heat the vegetable or olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
