Instructions
- 1Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- 2Add sliced bell peppers and onions; sauté until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- 3Stir in sliced mushrooms and minced garlic; cook until mushrooms are tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- 4Season with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning; mix well.
- 5Remove the vegetable mixture from the skillet and set aside.
- 6In the same skillet, add sliced chicken breast; cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- 7Return the vegetable mixture to the skillet with the chicken; stir to combine.
- 8Lay provolone cheese over the chicken and vegetable mixture; cover until cheese melts, about 2 minutes.
- 9Toast hoagie rolls on a grill or in the oven until lightly browned.
- 10Spread mayonnaise on the inside of each hoagie roll.
- 11Scoop the chicken and vegetable mixture into each roll; drizzle with hot sauce and garnish with parsley.
- 12Serve immediately while hot.

- 9Coat each cake pop in the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, and place back on the parchment paper.
- 10If desired, decorate with sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
- 11Let the cake pops sit at room temperature or refrigerate until the chocolate is fully hardened.

- ●1/2 tsp red chili powder
- ●1/2 tsp turmeric powder

- ●Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
- ●1-2 green chilies for garnish

- 1Heat oil in a karahi or deep pan over medium heat.
- 2Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- 3Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- 4Stir in ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute.
- 5Add minced meat and cook until it changes color, stirring occasionally.
- 6Add chopped tomatoes, green chilies, and all the spices (coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt).
- 7Cook until the tomatoes soften and the oil starts to separate from the mixture.
- 8Lower the heat and add yogurt, mixing well to combine.
- 9Cover and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 10Once the meat is tender and the oil separates, garnish with fresh coriander leaves and green chilies.
- 11Serve hot with naan or rice.
