1

Mix 5 tablespoons of brown sugar, 2 tablespoons of coarse salt, 2 teaspoons of chipotle powder, 2 teaspoons of smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of oregano to create the dry rub.

2

Remove the membrane from the back of 2 racks of baby back ribs and dry them completely on both sides.

3

Use 2 tablespoons of Liquid Smoke as a binder, rubbing it all over the ribs.

4

Apply 2 tablespoons of the dry rub on each side of the ribs, pressing it down.

5

Wrap each rack of ribs in two pieces of foil, creating a tent, and add 1/4 cup of Cherry Coke or apple juice to the sides before sealing tightly.

6

Place the wrapped ribs on a baking sheet and let them rest for 1 hour.

7

Preheat the oven to 275°F and bake the ribs for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

8

After 1 hour and 30 minutes, carefully open the foil and drizzle honey, add brown sugar, and place 4 tablespoons of butter on each rack before covering them again.

9

Return the ribs to the oven and continue baking for another hour and a half.

10

After the second hour and a half, remove the ribs from the oven and increase the temperature to 350°F.

11

Unwrap the ribs and drizzle barbecue sauce over them, brushing it on.

12

Return the ribs to the oven at 350°F for 30 minutes.

13

After 30 minutes, remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for 15 minutes before serving.
