2 cans Organic chili beans in sauce
1 can cannellini beans (drained)
1 can mild Rotel tomatoes
1/3 cup taco seasoning
1/4 cup ranch seasoning
1 medium onion (finely diced)
1 cup water (or 1/2 cup for thicker chili)
salt and pepper to taste
toppings: green onion, cilantro, avocado, lime juice, tortilla chips, cheddar cheese, sour cream

Finely dice the medium onion using a chopper or knife.

Open all the cans: do not drain the chili beans or Rotel tomatoes, but drain the cannellini beans.
