4 oz pancetta
1 medium sweet onion
1 cup bell peppers
3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon thyme
1 cup muscat raisins
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup parsley
