Chop 1 tomato, 1 bell pepper, and 2 onions; crush 5 cloves of garlic.

Use 1 whole chicken, cut into chunks as desired.

Prepare basmati rice and gather spices: curry powder, cumin, ground coriander, turmeric, black pepper, paprika, and salt.

Add 3 bay leaves, rosemary, cinnamon sticks, cardamom seeds, dried chili pepper, and 2 black lemons to the spice mix.

Heat vegetable oil and ghee (or butter) in a pot; add chopped onions and garlic, stirring until golden.
