Boil 3 eggs with a little salt until cooked.
Once boiled, cool the eggs and set aside.
Boil 2 potatoes with salt until cooked, then cool and set aside.
Grate the boiled eggs into a bowl.
Grate the boiled potatoes and add them to the bowl with the eggs.
Add 100 grams of cubed cheese to the bowl.
Add 1 chopped onion, 1/2 chopped capsicum, and 2 chopped green chilies to the mixture.
Add some chopped fresh coriander, salt to taste, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder, black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon paprika powder, and 1 teaspoon garam masala powder.
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until combined.
Add 1 cup of bread crumbs to the mixture to help bind it together, mixing until the mixture holds its shape.
Form the mixture into round balls, using oil on your hands to prevent sticking.
Insert an ice cream stick into the center of each ball and shape it into a round lollipop.
Prepare a batter by mixing 1 cup of all-purpose flour with a little salt and paprika powder, then add water to achieve a medium-thick consistency.
Dip each lollipop into the batter, then coat it with bread crumbs, pressing gently to ensure it sticks.
Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat until hot.
Fry the lollipops in the hot oil until golden brown, turning occasionally for even cooking.
Once golden, remove the lollipops and drain excess oil on paper towels.
Serve warm, optionally with mayonnaise, ketchup, or garlic sauce.
