Instructions
- 1Prepare chicken broth in a large pot over medium heat until simmering.
- 2Add soy sauce and mirin to the broth and stir to combine.
- 3Cook ramen noodles in a separate pot according to package instructions until al dente.
- 4While noodles cook, heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- 5Add sliced chicken breast to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- 6In the same skillet, add minced garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- 7Once noodles are cooked, drain and add to the broth.
- 8Add cooked chicken, bean sprouts, and bok choy to the broth, simmering for 2-3 minutes.
- 9Prepare soft-boiled eggs by cooking them in boiling water for 6-7 minutes, then cool in ice water before peeling.
- 10Ladle ramen into bowls, topping with sliced green onions, nori, shredded carrots, and halved soft-boiled eggs.
- 11Drizzle with chili oil if desired before serving.

- 5In the simmering broth, add the sliced beef and bok choy. Cook for about 3-5 minutes until the beef is cooked through and the bok choy is tender.
- 6Divide the cooked ramen noodles into bowls.
- 7Ladle the hot broth with beef and bok choy over the noodles in each bowl.
- 8Top each bowl with halved boiled eggs and chopped green onions.
- 9Drizzle with chili oil if desired for extra heat.
- 10Serve hot and enjoy your beef ramen!
