In a large kadai, boil 6 cups of water and 1 tsp salt.

Once the water comes to a boil, add 2 cups of pasta (elicoidali or penne).

Now add the prepared tomato puree and 2 tbsp tomato sauce, mixing well.

Cook for 2 minutes or until the tomato puree is cooked completely.

Now add in the boiled pasta and mix well.
