No-Bake Peanut Butter Bars

1/2 cup honey
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt

In a medium bowl, mix together the peanut butter and honey until well combined.

Add the rolled oats, cocoa powder, salt, and vanilla extract to the bowl and stir until fully incorporated.

Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.

Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.

Refrigerate the bars for at least 2 hours or until firm.

Once set, lift the bars out of the dish using the parchment paper overhang.
