1 whole white onion
5 cloves garlic
6 tbs olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tbsp paprika powder
1/3 tbsp chili flakes
1/2 tbsp oregano
1/2 tbsp basil paste
Heavy cream 1/4 cup
2 pcs bayleaf

Pell onion and wash tomatoes.

Place in Bowl season with salt and pepper and olive oil.

Make sure you give it good mix to coat all tomatoes and onion well.

Grill on 375F till you get char you would like.

In case you have no grill oven works fine. 375F for 15-20 min.

Take vegetables off grill and let cool slightly.

Cut it up roughly and set aside.

In pot brown garlic and onion.

Add tomato and cook for few minutes.

Add water or stock of your choice and season with rest of ingredients except basil and cream.

Cook for 30-45 min then blend till smooth.

Add basil and cook for few more minutes.

Garnish with Heavy cream and olive oil and enjoy!
