Bake the pre-made pie crust at 450°F for about 9 minutes until lightly browned.

Wrap a bulb of garlic in aluminum foil, drizzle with olive oil, and bake at 425°F for 30 minutes.

Slice 4 tomatoes and place them on folded paper towels, sprinkling with salt and pepper.

Push the mushy pulp of the roasted garlic cloves onto the baked pie crust.

Sprinkle 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the garlic.

Add the sliced tomatoes on top of the cheese.

Finish with another cup or so of a cheese blend.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes until nicely browned.

Top with fresh basil before serving.
