3 bay leaves
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons hot sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 pounds unpeeled raw medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
