Pour boiling water over 230 g of funchosa and let it sit.

Fry 230 g of chicken thigh pulp in olive oil for approximately 4 minutes.

Add 1 chopped carrot to the pan and fry for about 2 minutes.

Add 1 chopped bell pepper to the pan and fry for another 2 minutes.

Drain the water from the funchosa and rinse it under cold water.

Season the mixture with salt, black pepper, and paprika.

Add 4 cloves of minced garlic to the pan.

Pour in 50 ml of soy sauce and then add another 100 ml of soy sauce.

Chop 2 cucumbers and add them to the mixture.
