2 tablespoons pickle juice
1/4 head red cabbage
1/4 head green cabbage
1 large carrot
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Cut chicken breasts in half to thin them out or flatten with a mallet.

Place chicken in a Ziploc bag for marinating.

Add approximately 1 cup of buttermilk to the bag.

Add about 1 tablespoon of hot sauce to the bag.

Add 2 tablespoons of pickle juice to the bag.

Remove air from the bag and double bag it for safety.

Marinate chicken in the fridge for at least 1 hour or up to 1.5 days.

Chop 1/4 head of red cabbage into thin strands and place in a bowl.

Chop 1/4 head of green cabbage into thin strands and add to the bowl.

Grate 1 large carrot and add to the cabbage mixture.

Prepare coleslaw sauce by mixing 1 cup of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard, 1/2 teaspoon of fresh ground pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in a separate bowl.
