Combine milk kefir and sourdough starter in a large mixing bowl.
Mix in honey and olive oil until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise in a warm place for 4-6 hours until doubled in size.
Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf.
Place the shaped loaf into a greased loaf pan and cover again with a cloth.
Let the loaf rise for another 1-2 hours until puffy.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Bake the bread for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and hollow sounding when tapped.
Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack before slicing.
