Wash and dry the strawberries, then cut them into small bite-sized pieces.

Transfer the strawberries to a bowl and add in plain Greek yogurt.

Add the zest of one lemon and organic honey to the bowl.

Mix well until combined.

Using a spoon, place dollops of the mixture into an ice cube tray.

Freeze for 2 hours until set.

Once set, pop them out of the tray molds and place them on a serving plate.

Before serving, drizzle with melted dark chocolate and sprinkle with toasted walnuts.
