Prepare an 8x8 brownie pan lined with parchment paper and pour in the brownie batter.
Sprinkle reserved chocolate chunks on top of the batter.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 45 to 50 minutes, ensuring not to overbake.
Let the brownies cool slightly before cutting into squares.
