Anna Rossi makes Strawberry Spaghetti with Chef Ronsky

Boil water in a pot for the pasta.

Add a little extra virgin olive oil to the pan.

Add chopped strawberries to the pan to open up their flavor.

Add balsamic vinegar, chopped basil, and cracked black pepper to the strawberries.

Add San Marzano tomatoes to the mixture.

Add a ladle of pasta water to help marry the sauce together.

Cook the spaghetti in the boiling water.

Once cooked, take the spaghetti out of the water and add it directly to the sauce in the pan.

Cook the pasta in the sauce for an extra minute to marry the flavors together.

Add salt to taste before plating.

Plate the spaghetti and garnish with balsamic pearls.
