Add chopped ginger & chili and saute them.

Add turmeric, red chili and salt and make a thick masala.

Add grated boiled potatoes and combine properly.

Soft boil 4 eggs and peel them.

Coat the boiled eggs in the potato mixture making a thick coating on top.

Rolled the coated egg in broken aloo bhujia and cover it properly.

Deep fry till crispy.

Serve hot.
