In a pot, add 5 tablespoons of oil and heat it up.

Add the chopped onion, garlic, green chili, and bell pepper to the pot and sauté until softened.

Add 3 eggplants to the pot and stir.

Season with 1 teaspoon of paprika, 0.5 teaspoon of black pepper, 0.5 teaspoon of cumin, and 1 teaspoon of salt.

Pour in 0.5 cup of water, cover the pot, and cook for 20-30 minutes.
