In a kneading bowl, combine 4 cups of white all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of rapid rise yeast, and 1/4 cup of white sugar.
Mix the dry ingredients together.
Add 1 stick of softened margarine to the mixture.
Pour in 1 1/3 cups of warm coconut milk (not hot) and mix until everything sticks together.
Knead the dough for about 3 to 5 minutes until smooth.
Shape the dough into a ball and cover it with a cloth to let it rise until double in size (about 1 to 1.5 hours).
Grease a loaf pan with margarine.
Roll the dough out and divide it into 8 equal pieces (or desired size).
Shape each piece into a ball and cover to let rise again until double in size (about 1 to 1.5 hours).
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake the bread for 17 minutes until nice and brown.
Brush melted margarine on top of the bread after baking.
Let cool on a wire rack.
