500g chorizo sausage
1 cup cider
1 onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 bay leaf
Fresh parsley for garnish

Quantities are estimated based on standard recipes for your convenience. The actual ingredients used in this video are accurate.

1

Slice the chorizo into 2 centimeter slices.

2

Add the sliced chorizo into a saucepan.

3

Pour dry cider over the chorizo in the saucepan.

4

Let the mixture reduce down until there are only a couple of tablespoons left, approximately 10 minutes.
