We Tried The Viral 2 Ingredient Cheesecake Hack (and more!!)

Start by boiling water in a kettle.

Melt 110 g of chocolate by placing it in a heatproof container over the boiling water, keeping it in the packaging.

Slice strawberries into the top of the chocolate packet.

Seal the packet shut and lie it flat in the fridge to set.

Once the chocolate is melted, massage it to cover the strawberries inside the packet.

Press the strawberries down to ensure they are covered in chocolate.

Use pegs to secure the packet and keep the chocolate in place while it sets in the fridge.

For the cheesecake hack, take a tub of Greek yogurt and a tub of biscoff biscuits.

Layer the biscoff biscuits into the Greek yogurt, pressing them down gently.

Cover the tub loosely with the lid or cling film and refrigerate overnight.

After refrigerating, remove the cheesecake from the fridge and check the consistency.

Taste the cheesecake and note the texture and flavor.
