1/2 cup cold water
1 egg
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1/3 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning

Split the large chicken breast in half and trim the fat to make it square.

Marinate the chicken in 1/8 cup of pickle juice and 1/2 cup of cold water for half an hour.

Prepare the seasoned flour by mixing 1/3 cup of flour, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of poultry seasoning, and ground black pepper in a bowl.

For the egg bath, combine 1 egg with 1 teaspoon of hot sauce and whisk together.
