Place the pork chops into an extra large Ziploc bag.

Prepare the marinade by pouring 64 ounces of apple juice, 1 cup of light brown sugar, and 1/2 cup of salt into the bag with the pork chops.

Seal the Ziploc bag and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.

Preheat the Masterbuilt digital electric smoker to 235°F (113°C).

Remove the pork chops from the marinade and season them with a generous coat of barbecue rub on all sides.

Place the seasoned pork chops into the smoker.

Add a handful of Applewood smoking chips to the smoker.

Smoke the pork chops until they reach an internal temperature of about 135°F (57°C).

Brush the pork chops with Blues Hog original barbecue sauce and return them to the smoker until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
