8 or 9 small baby potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 and 1/2 cups brown lentils
extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons Ross El Hanout seasoning
2 teaspoons cumin
a little bit of cinnamon
a touch of cayenne
28 oz tomato puree
chicken broth
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup frozen peas
flat leaf parsley, minced
1 teaspoon salt

Heat extra virgin olive oil in a sauté pan with high sides to coat the bottom.
