3 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Water
5 Inch Mould
Some Black Raisins
2 Egg
¼ Cup Sugar
½ Tsp Vanilla Essence
1 & ½ Cup Milk
3 Slices Of Bread
3 Tbsp Black Raisins

Making Caramel: Cook 3 Tbsp Sugar and 1 Tbsp Water until caramelized.

Pour the caramel into a 5 inch mould.

Add some black raisins.

In a bowl, mix 2 eggs, ¼ cup sugar, and ½ tsp vanilla essence.

Add 1 & ½ cup milk to the mixture and mix well.

Cut 3 slices of bread into pieces and add to the mixture.

Add 3 Tbsp black raisins to the bread mixture.

Pour the bread mixture over the caramel in the mould.

Boil some water and steam for 25-30 minutes.

Cool down and keep in the fridge for 1 hour.
