French-style Chicken Fillet with Tomato and Melted Cheese

1 red onion (chopped as finely as possible)
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon 9% vinegar
boiling water
2 tomatoes
1 cucumber
1 sweet pepper (kapia pepper)
180 g feta cheese
1 avocado
1 teaspoon lemon juice
70 g black olives
50 ml olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried garlic
1/2 teaspoon oregano
a little lemon juice

Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).

Prepare 500 g of chicken fillet and season with salt, pepper, and dried garlic.

Add 4 tablespoons of sour cream and 1 teaspoon of semolina (if the sour cream is not very thick).

Mix in 1 egg and place the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Add 1 tomato on top of the chicken mixture.

Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes.

After 40 minutes, sprinkle 70 g of cheese on top and bake for another 10 minutes.

While the chicken is baking, prepare the salad.

Chop a bunch of lettuce leaves and 1 red onion as finely as possible.

To remove the bitterness from the onion, add 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 tablespoon of 9% vinegar, then pour boiling water over it and let it stand for 10 minutes.

Chop 2 tomatoes, 1 cucumber, and 1 sweet pepper (kapia pepper).

Add 180 g of feta cheese and 1 avocado (sprinkled with 1 teaspoon of lemon juice to prevent browning).

Add 70 g of black olives, 50 ml of olive oil, and 1/2 teaspoon each of salt, dried garlic, and oregano, plus a little lemon juice.

Assemble the salad in layers, spreading dressing on each layer to keep the ingredients whole.
