Add less than 1 teaspoon of salt and 3 tablespoons of nutritional yeast for a cheesy flavor.
Blend until smooth, using cherry tomatoes instead of pine nuts for a cheaper alternative.
Next, prepare the cauliflower: chop it in a food processor until fine.
Steam the cauliflower until tender, then place it in cheesecloth and drain it, squeezing out as much water as possible until it looks pulpy.
Mix in Italian herbs, smoked paprika, nutritional yeast, salt, and black pepper to the drained cauliflower.
Prepare a flax egg by mixing 5 tablespoons of ground flax seed with water and letting it sit until gelatinous.
Combine the flax egg with the cauliflower mixture and mix well.
Add 2 cups of brown rice flour to the mixture and combine until it forms a dough.
Form the dough into a pizza crust and place it on a baking sheet.
Spread the prepared pesto over the crust.
Top the pizza with red pepper, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, and spinach.
Add Follow Your Heart vegan mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake the pizza until the cheese is melted and the crust is firm.
